Color Accuracy: We strive to accurately represent the colors of our items. However, due to variations in monitor settings and lighting, actual colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.

Yarn Ball Weights: Our products are sold based on their weights. Due to the nature of fancy yarns, the yardage and weights of skeins may vary, even among those labeled with the same weight. Additionally, weights within a package may differ by approximately 5%, but the total net weight will be accurate.

Payments

All items will be shipped only after full payment is received. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, Western Union, and bank transfers. For detailed payment information, please refer to our Payment Policy page.

Shipping

Origin of Shipments: All orders are shipped from Turkey.

Shipping Costs: We collaborate with major shipping companies to ensure timely delivery at competitive rates. Shipping costs may vary based on your location.

Shipping Options: We offer both express and regular registered mail shipping. If you choose regular registered mail, your items will be sent via the official postal service of the destination country, with delivery times estimated at:

• Europe: 2-3 weeks

• Other Countries: 3-4 weeks

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs inspections, and additional customs fees may apply.

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically shipped within one business day of payment receipt. Our office is closed on Sundays and Saturday afternoons, as well as during national holidays.

Customs Fees & Duties: While most orders do not incur customs fees, we cannot predict or control any charges imposed by customs or brokerage services. These fees are determined by the courier and the destination country. For larger orders, customs charges may apply.

P.O. Boxes: Orders can be shipped to P.O. Boxes via regular registered mail. For express shipping, please provide a physical address, as P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

Tracking Shipments: Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information, including a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
